Busy bees

This past weekend was non-stop. We had an eventful few days, but we had a fun time! My parents and my grandma came down last Friday and we all woke up early on Saturday and headed out to the Fort Worth Zoo. J's work had a special fun-filled day planned for the kids. It started out with a scavenger hunt (London was just a little too young for this one), but we ended up looking at the animals and traveling at our own speed. We then had a catered lunch, which was BBQ, and it was delicious. After that, we stopped by to see a few more of the animals and then ended our day by riding the train around the zoo. It was getting really hot by then and it was definitely time to head home, but we had to take a detour to grab some snow cones. We got home and Michelle, Chris, and Scarlett joined us. We all played wii and had dinner together. When we finally put London down for bed, she instantly fell asleep and hardly moved an inch all night!
On Sunday, we headed down to the pool and enjoyed the cool water. London is getting braver in the pool, but she had more fun with a water gun than with anything else. She has quite an aim, too! :) It was nice to be able to spend some time with my family and enjoy our weekend together.

He was my favorite!

Some days, I feel my butt looks like this!

So close to touching him!

It is So time for lunch!

Looking at chickens with GG

I wonder what J is looking at?

Almost time to go home...

Here comes the train!

Riding along on the train (my favorite part I think!)

Finally going home!

She loved that water gun!

Learning to swim

Whoa! That's high!

Thank goodness my mom was there to get in the water with her. At this point, catching me in a bathing suit---is impossible!
