We went to the park the other day and London learned something new.
*she watched a girl walk over to the swings*the girl got on a swing all by herself
*she began moving her legs and arms
*the swing moved
*she pumped her legs harder
*the swing began to go higher
*the little girl used her arms and muscles and before long, she was soaring
*London watched that little girl intently
We came home and guess who wanted to get on the swing by herself? Guess who insisted that I not help her? Guess who can slowly but surely get that swing going...high? Thank you little girl at the park--you have made my life a little easier.

Can you send the little girl to AZ to show Kate? It would make my life easier as well. :-)
We need to come watch London swing. Chloe loves the idea of swinging but not actually sitting on the swing.
