My sweet girl turned 7 last week. She wanted to have a paint party and after taking a summer paint class at Let's Art Party, we decided it would be the perfect place for 7 year olds to party! London loves her birthday. I think she likes it better than Christmas--if you can believe it. The day after Christmas, she starts talking about her birthday and doesn't stop until January 24--the day after.
My family came into town to help us celebrate the big day. We started out by all going to her basketball game. There is nothing better than having your family come to your game to yell, cheer, scream, complain you aren't playing enough, talk back to the referee, and root you on like you are Michael Jordan. She felt like a rock star, I'm sure. After the game, the worst one yet, we came home to open some presents, have lunch, and then head back out the door.

We got to the party early so we could set up. She wanted an owl party and it worked out perfectly! The decorations were pretty cute--if I don't say so myself--the cake was great, and their paintings were the most precious things ever.
Putting on their aprons. London helping her friend--this is the perfect picture that describes her--always looking out for others.
Let's Paint!
Sweet Scarlett--the littles did so good!
The strange man in the back painting--yeah, that's my dad. He LOVED it. He is now telling the family that he wants to do this for his birthday. He's not kidding.
She followed directions perfectly.
Ella was so patient and worked really hard.
While the paint was drying they ate and opened presents!!
Yummy!

Love their little faces!
All dry! Beautiful!!
Sassy girls!
Can't help but love Lily's darling little face peeking out from the side of her painting.
The paint party was a huge success! London had a great time painting with her sweet friends!
7 is going to be awesome!
