What a crazy last week of school! We received the exciting news a few days ago that London and her friends made it into the talent show!!!!! We were so happy! They have been practicing and were ready to go on Wednesday. Genga, Auntie, Scarlett, and Nana were all there to cheer her on! They did a great job, and I was so proud of her for remembering the moves and not getting scared up on stage with the whole school watching!

The last day of 2nd grade finally arrived! June 6th was the last day and it was party day! I cannot believe she'll be in 3rd grade next year! That is the grade I taught for 6 years and 3rd graders are my absolute favorite! My daughter just can't possibly be one!?!?!?!?!?
Straight A's on her report card all year!!!! And was asked once again to be put in another advanced class!!!

This has been quite a year. I never would have imagined all the changes our family would be going through. I look back on the picture of London on her first day of 2nd grade and think about all the chaos that was quickly approaching. The calm before storm...
None of the changes we went through were easy. But I continue to put my faith and hope in Jesus. He knows exactly what our family needs. I continue to pray that once we get all moved in, our adoption will take off!
