Dog food

This is what happens when I step out of the room for about 3 minutes....

The other morning, I left the room, leaving Bailey with a dish full of dog food for him to eat for breakfast. London has never shown any interest in Bailey's food, so I didn't think twice before I left. When I come back, dog food is everywhere! They are both staring at each other like, "it wasn't me!"

So, of course, I tell London, "no, no!" She immediately starts crying. Apparently she just grabbed handful after handful of Bailey's food and decided to decorate the kitchen floor with it. Lovely.

Dog food was everywhere. All over her hands, Bailey's water bowl, the kitchen floor...it was nasty! But then she tried to attempt to pick them up one by one to put back in Bailey's bowl. She's such a good little helper.

Poor Bailey! He was so good to just let her empty out his bowl. He didn't bark, bite, growl...nothing. He truly is the best dog. She can do anything to him, and he'll take it. He's my good boy!

That is so cute!! (Mostly because its not my kitchen floor that's covered in kibble.) You've certainly got lots to look forward to!

Aww. Those little sad faces when they cry...God help me if my son quivers his bottom lip at me. I've always been the disciplinarian with our animals, but I have a feeling things will be different with little MB. :-S

That's so cute....but it's the reason I can't have a dog. My kids would do that everyday. And it's kinda like toys....what's the point in cleaning it up if it's just gonna end up back on the floor in 1 minute. But I sypathize with the crying. Most of the time if I tell her "no", then it's full blown tears and screaming. God must help us all!

At least she didn't start eating it. One of Caleb's daily snacks at that age was cat food. We ended up moving the bowl outside. I'm glad you were able to get pictures of the event!
