Birthday week

We have been celebrating London's birthday all week. That wasn't my initial plan, it just seemed to work out that way. J went out of town earlier in the week, so I wanted to make a cake for London and have a mini celebration before he left. I have to admit, I think the only reason we did this little party was because I was craving a chocolate cake, and couldn't wait to the weekend. Oh, well, London was none the wiser! :)

We enjoyed the cake all week and probably sang, "Happy Birthday" a hundred times. Saturday finally arrived and we got to really start the party! London woke up to a living room full of balloons and her favorite for breakfast--donuts!

We got ready after breakfast and headed to Chuck-E-Cheese. London was so excited. We got there and waited for our families to arrive!

Once they arrived, we played lots and lots of games!

After playing games, we sat down for pizza, cake, singing, and dancing!

And for the best part--presents!

We really had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese. London wanted to go there, and I think she had a blast! At times I think she was a little overwhelmed, but overall, she had a great time! We had a wonderful hostess. She was so helpful and did everything for us. Our entire experience was a really good one, and I'm glad we got to go there and celebrate!

Happy Birthday, London! I had a wonderful time at your party and loved seeing all the kids having so much fun. Your Mom is really good with her new camera! She did a really great job on your party pictures. You are growing up too fast but I am so proud of you! Love, Nana
