"Kirmy" the misfit elf

When we put up the Christmas decorations and the tree, Rudolph went with them into the attic. We had enough of the song and decided it was best to put him away until next year. Well, I guess she is having withdrawals because now, we have a new friend, Kirby--or as London calls him, Kirmy. He is the misfit elf on Rudolph. London is fascinated with him. She plays with him, talks to him, and chases him throughout the house. She is imagining all this in her head! London has always had a wild imagination but this tops all of it! For some reason, "Kirmy" gets stuck a lot. So, she has to pull him out. I find her pulling him out from under her bed (which I had to help her do the other day before she would take a nap!), pulling him from under the couch, or pulling him from under doors. It's so crazy to watch her with this imaginary "Kirmy!" It's quite entertaining. I am not sure how long "Kirmy" will be staying at our house. I am hoping he will start making his way back to the North Pole very, very soon!

Here are a few pics of her in action last night...

Me: Where is Kirby tonight?
London: He's right here in my hands!

London: Oh no! I can't find him now!

London: He's stuck! I'm pulling him!

Me: Did you get him?
London: Yes! He's safe!

London: Kirmy, are you hungry?

Me: What did Kirby say?
London: He said he wants some ice cream. Can I have some ice cream too?

London: I can't go to bed. Where is Kirmy?
Me: I have no idea. It's time for bed though. We will find him tomorrow.

London: Wait! I think I see him!

London: I see him! He's stuck!
Me: London, come on! It's time for bed!

London: I see him! Come on Kirmy!

London: Okay! I got him! I can go to bed now.
Me: Thank goodness!!

Yes, she does have quite an imagination! One time she was over and wanted me to help her catch all the bubbles that were coming up from under the coffee table!
