Spring what?

Spring break was anything but "springy" this year!  This weather is out of control!
But anyway, last Thursday, we loaded up the family and headed to Oklahoma to stay with my parents over spring break. We got there mid-afternoon, had lunch, and put Lily down for her nap. London played outside, played games with her Genga, and watched a movie. I got to take a nap myself which was so very nice. When Lily woke up, we played outside some more and grilled out hamburgers and hotdogs. We had a nice dinner together and spent the rest of the evening in the sand box, playing softball, and having a early Easter egg hunt!

London gave up easily with the softball lesson, leaving J to play alone. He needs a boy! :)

J did disappear for awhile after the softball lesson, so I went inside to find him on My new pink, Dell lap top! Doesn't the color look great on him?

The next morning, everyone slept in and we spent the afternoon with GG, Sarah, and Jaxon. We played outside, had lunch at Chick-Fil-A, and came home for more naps. That evening J and I had ourselves a date night! We headed downtown and ate at Chelino's then headed over to Tap Werks to watch my OSU Cowboys lose. But it was nice to be able to actually cheer with fellow OSU fans--don't get that much in this Texas fan-crazed state!

Sweet Jaxon!

Yeah for some "alone" time!

The next morning we woke up to snow. One day we were playing outside and getting some sun, the next we are being whipped by the 100-mile-hour wind and stepping into 3 feet of snow! Ridiculous!

We thought we were getting away from the snow only to return home to more. Oh, Spring, where are you?
