I'm in love

My sister, Michelle, finally had Scarlett Ranae last night at 6:30pm. She decided to have an epidural after all. (Something about watching a TLC program and the woman was screaming bloody murder to get the baby out and it scared Michelle to death!) But thank goodness she did because she was in labor for 20 hours! She was a trooper! Scarlett weighed 7lbs. 8oz. and was 20 in. long. She is beautiful! She has gorgeous skin, and I could eat her alive! I didn't realize the wave of emotions I would feel once I saw her. It felt just like yesterday when I had London, and I can remember all to well that "feeling" when you see your baby for the first time. It's beyond explaining. I feel like she's my baby!! :) I am so happy for Michelle and Chris. I feel very thankful!
They are at the BEST hospital. It's a new medical center in Frisco. It's a beautiful building. The waiting room is huge! It has a special play center for the kids to play in, and it's equipped with wagons, a chalk board, and all kinds of toys. London loved it. The nurses were great, too. A chef works in the cafeteria, so we ate there for lunch yesterday and it was unlike any cafeteria I have ever been to! The food was excellent! Michelle and Chris had bacon, eggs, pancakes, and all kinds of delicious food for breakfast. Then they even have a celebration dinner on their last night there. Lobster!! At a hospital!!??? WOW! I really didn't want to leave yesterday, and I think Michelle and Chris want to stay forever! I was very impressed!
Anyway, thank you for your prayers and emails about my sister. I appreciate it. I'll be posting a lot more pics very soon! I am on my way back up to the hospital to spoil my sweet Scarlett some more!!!!!

Proud father!

Beautiful Scarlett!
