Pink, purple, red, and green

Those are all the cast colors my poor Lily has had in her 15 month old little life. How many kiddos can say that? Not that we are proud of that by any means, and we are hoping and praying that it will NEVER happen again! At least not under my care! :)
We did go to the doctor yesterday for one last X-ray and the little bone has healed and she's ready to go. The cast fell off about a week ago and she has been walking on her leg ever since. She's a fast little healer! I did talk to the doctor again about my concerns. He said that she doesn't have any symptoms of having a bone disease. He said that her leg isn't just breaking on it's own, and that I didn't have anything to worry about. So, I'm trying to relax a little and hope and pray for the best!
Lily had her 15 month check-up appointment last week too. She cried the entire time. (We are dealing with major stranger anxiety over here!) She weighs 21 lbs. and is 29 inches long. She is in the 25% range for height and weight. Just like her big sister. We did find out that Lily is low in Vitamin D. Her bones are lacking in this vitamin. So, we are getting her pumped up with as much Vitamin D as possible! She is doing everything and a little more that a 15 month old should be doing! She is growing right along!

Happy 15 months Lily pie!

glad you're great now LK! Dr Sherrod says Chloe needs extra vitamin D too. Are you using the drops? I haven't found any, but I haven't looked too hard! Happy Thanksgiving Mills Gang!

So glad she's cast free! She's such a cutie and with the fun colors the cast was quite the accessory! Happy Thanksgiving!
