Static electricity is everywhere in our house right now. I don't know if it's from the cheepy dryer sheets we have or just the dry winter air. But it's driving us all crazy. We constantly have hair that sticks straight up and we are forever shocking each other. How in the world do you get rid of this??

You're a hoot! I love the hugging picture of the girls. So sweet. And you're right, J's cheerleading moves are stellar! :)
A humidifier helps us, but I think the W family has different hair than y'all. It's the course, wavy hair. We can't get it to stick up staticky if we tried. Maybe a balloon rubbed over our hair would do the trick, but just the winter air, no.
Ah yes. Jeff's moves. I can't say I'll ever look at him quite the same now that I've seen him do a high kick.
We've had the same problem! I would get shocked if I turned off a light. I bought some grapeseed oil and have been religiously putting it on my skin to keep myself hydrated. I also gently run my hands through me hair and the kids just to keep the static from getting bad. I don't make it oily or anything! A hair balm will help as well with the hair problem.
I totally understand! I have gotten shocked so bad at a light switch that I had to do something! lol
Haha! My hair gets that way in cold weather too (or if I forget to put conditioner in it.) :)
We've got the static house going on right now too. Caleb's shaggy hair is a mess. I bought him some leave in conditioner that Ryan's not too crazy about using on him. I guess it's too girly!
