Feasts and Singing

Last week was super busy! J was in Honduras (more on that later) and the girls seemed to have some big things going on. I was left alone to represent. First, Lily had a Thanksgiving pararde and feast at school. Her class was dressed up as little Indians.
Lily had her coat on the whole time! :(

The kids sit on the steps after the parade and sing a little Thanksgiving prayer. Precious.

After the parade, the classes find their blankets and start eating their feasts. It was so fun to see Lily's
friends and to have lunch with her.

That evening London had a music performance at her school.

The performance was during a PTA meeting. It was a little hectic listening to the PTA ladies talk about fundraising, trying to wait patiently for the program to start, and keeping Lily entertained. But when it was time to start, the play was cute and funny!

We had a good week even though J was gone for awhile. We went to the libray, played at the park, and had dinner with the Hewes. We kept ourselves busy. We are so thankful he's home now! I'm working
on my Honduras post next...
