Last Friday was my girl's last day of Kindergarten. This past year flew by. I can hardly keep up. I seriously want to just stop time. On the last day of school every class got to have a luau party! London was so excited! She packed her flower leis, her grass skirt, and her hat in her backpack and we were off. Driving her to school for the last time as a Kindergartener was bittersweet.
Didn't even tell her to pose this way. She was being sassy that morning!
Yeah for the last day!
Lily and I got to come up at lunch time and help the crazy Kindergarteners celebrate! They had a Hawaiian themed lunch complete with pizza, cheese puffs, yogurt and a fruit kabob.
Then the party really got started! They had music, dancing, a hula hooping contest, relay races, and all kinds of fun things to do! We are so thankful that London had a great year in school. We are thankful for her great teacher, fun friends, and sweet memories to hold onto for forever.
She is already excited about 1st grade and has her eye on several teachers she wants for next year! Now, it's onto a fun-filled summer!
