This 4th of July was a little low-key. We went to the same spot where we were last year and watched our town's firework show. It wasn't as good as last year, in my opinion, but the girls loved it and were none the wiser!
We also visited our new movie theater and saw Despicable Me 2. If you haven't seen it--go. Steve Carell is a genius.
Our dear friends also left. They are doing what is best for their family and moving to Seattle. I still don't like it at all though. Actually makes me teary right now. :-(
It has been raining a lot too. Little weird and surprising for the month of July but we'll take it!
Scout got his summer hair cut and feels much better!
And finally our new Kroger Market Place opened!! This store is a----mazzzing. The selections of food is unreal. They sell everything and it's not Walmarty either. They have samples galore on the weekends, nice home accessories, the best fresh squeezed OJ you'll ever have, an olive bar to die for, and so much more. I could live there.
This little guy greeted us in the other day.
And finally--we signed up Lily for summer dance classes! She loved it!
